AUVSI to Host Webinar on Unmanned Urban Mobility
Industry leaders will discuss the implication and impact of unmanned urban mobility.
ARLINGTON, Va. – The Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) will host a webinar to discuss the deployment of automated vehicles in urban areas. The webinar will take place Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 3 p.m. EDT.
As urban populations increase and traffic congestion worsens, the demand for alternative transportation options has become more transparent. “Unmanned Urban Mobility,” which is sponsored by Regulus and KVH Industries, opens up the discussion of how and when automated vehicles could be deployed. Leaders in the automated vehicles industry will also speak on the impact the technology will have on cities.
Featured as speakers are Yonatan Zur, CEO, Regulus and Dr. Dean Bushey, General Manager, Voyage. This webinar will explore both the possibilities and challenges associated with unmanned urban mobility, including minimized accidents, altered traffic patterns and public acceptance.
Registration for the webinar is complimentary for all attendees. Registration will close on July 10 at 11 a.m. EDT. For more information or to register, contact AUVSI@clsstrategies.com.
