New AV Industry Event – AUVSI’s Automated Goods Movement Summit April 25-26
Arlington, Va. – The Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) is proud to announce the inaugural Automated Goods Movement Summit (AGMS) scheduled for April 25-26 in Orlando, Florida.
Co-located with AUVSI’s cross-domain trade show and conference, XPONENTIAL, AGMS will feature industry and government leaders digging into key questions and opportunities surrounding the continued safe and responsible deployment of technologies including automated trucks and warehouse robotics. During the two-day event, attendees can expect to hear from experts on the following topics:
AUVSI's Recent Regulatory Filings in Response to NTSB, DOT Strategic Plans
Recently, AUVSI filed comments in response to requests from two agencies for public input on their proposed strategic plans. Both the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are in the process of updating their strategic plans to guide actions in the coming years, and AUVSI jumped at the opportunity to emphasize the importance of unmanned systems across domains to strengthen and streamline America’s transportation ecosystem and leadership.
